Ananas in pasta sfoglia: frutta e dessert in un piatto unico da gustare in compagnia! Non bisogna essere cuochi esperti per prepararle. Ideali anche per un  buffet o in occasione delle feste. L’ananas è digestivodrenante e ricco di acqua, carboidrati, potassio, proteine, sali minerali e vitamine. L’ananas fresco ha la buccia verde e gialla, quando è verde e marrone è troppo maturo, quando è verde e grigio è acerbo.

Procedimento:

Lavarsi bene le mani con acqua calda e sapone.
Pulire l’ananas e tagliarlo a fette regolari, eliminando la parte dura centrale stando attenti a non rompere le fette.
Cospargere le fette di ananas con la cannella.
Stendere la pasta sfoglia e tagliarla a rettangoli.

Con l’aiuto delle mani infilare ogni rettangolo nell’ananas fino a ricoprirlo.

Disporre tutte le fette di ananas rivestito su carta da forno

Cottura:

Accendere il forno a 180°
Infornare per 15′ finchè non saranno dorate.

  • Cannella: quanto basta
  • Zucchero a velo: quanto basta
